Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules once per day with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks

Cautions and Warnings: For adult use only. Discontinue use if you experience joint pain or hot flashes. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Contraindications: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if using anti-estrogenic drugs.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop a rash or gastrointestinal upset.
