Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule of Vitamin A D K Complete with food per day. Do not exceed more than 2 capsules in a 24 hour period.
Take 1-2 capsules of Omega Complete EPA, DHA, and DPA Support per day with food. Can take up to 4 capsules per day for high-level support.
Individuals taking more than 2,000IU of Vitamin D3 per day should have their D levels monitored. Check with your doctor if taking any blood-thinning medications before taking any of the products.
