Bariatric Fusion Mixed Berry Complete Chewable Bariatric Multivitamin ADEK Bundle is a 6-month or 12-month supply of our Mixed Berry Complete Chewable Bariatric Multivitamin ADEK designed for Duodenal Switch, SIPS, and SADI-S patients to get daily bariatric vitamins and minerals. With just 4 chewables daily, this comprehensive formula contains nutrients in biologically available forms to support absorption and utilization.

Following weight loss surgery, patients are at a higher risk of micronutrient deficiencies due to nutrient malabsorption and lower nutrient intake with smaller meals. Bariatric multivitamins with iron and additional fat-soluble vitamins are recommended after duodenal switch, SIPS, SADI-S, or other individualized bariatric procedures to help prevent nutrient deficiencies and support ongoing health.*

Our Mixed Berry Complete Chewable Bariatric Multivitamin ADEK includes all targeted micronutrient levels, including high-dose fat-soluble vitamins and iron, as recommended by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) guidelines. This ADEK multivitamin is intended for those requiring additional fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K) and supplemental iron, as recommended by a healthcare provider post-bariatric surgery.

Please note that while iron is an important mineral often deficient after bariatric surgery, not everyone should take supplemental iron. Please talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need supplemental iron. Vitamin K is an important fat-soluble vitamin, but it can also interact with anticoagulant therapy. If you take anticoagulants, please talk to your healthcare provider before taking supplemental vitamin K.

Bariatric Fusion’s bariatric multivitamins and supportive supplements are formulated by a team of bariatric practitioners to support nutrient absorption for those who have undergone ASMBS-endorsed procedures, including duodenal switch, SIPS, SADI-S, sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass surgery, lap band, and intra-gastric balloon.
